About Lake Powell Paddleboards
The only SUP shop in Northern Arizona, they are proud to welcome tourists from all over the world. The shop is located approximately 15 minutes from Lake Powell, which lies inside the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area. Lake Powell Paddleboards has an inventory of SUPs from Riviera, Boardworks, Glide, Bounce, YOLO and WatersEdge. Paddles on offer include Kialoa, Aquabound and Riviera. They also sell a selection of clothing, accessories, kayaks and fat tire bikes.
Paddlers can purchase bottled water at the shop, but for everything else be sure to stock up prior to heading out. Recommended eateries in the area include State 48, Bonkers and Blue Buddha.
Lake Powell Paddleboards offers lessons and tours on the lake. The best places to launch can be found at Antelope Point Boat Launch and Lone Rock Beach – both of which are on Lake Powell. Unfortunately there are not any events or races are held nearby however due to park service regulations.
